Our Assessment Process
|
Each prospective employee is considered very carefully prior to presentation to
our clients. We expect that each candidate considers us very carefully before
agreeing to work with us. Our employee/employer partnership is founded on trust
and ability. There are several steps to the assessment process.
- Each prospective employee is
interviewed by a staffing specialist or recruiter. Our objective is to
determine an individual's soft or people skills, accomplishments, and
participation in projects.
- Each prospective employee is
interviewed for technical skills by a member of our staff. This determines
the best type of position for the candidate.
- The candidate and recruiter agree on
employment status and salary or rate and a Contingency Offer letter
detailing the agreement is extended to the candidate.
- The Account Manager interviews the
candidate. Here the candidate is prepared to meet the Client and given
information regarding the opportunity, the company and the expectations for
the assignment.
- The Recruiter prepares the candidate
with information regarding the position and interviewing techniques designed
to assist the candidate in relating their skills and accomplishments to the
prospective employer.
- The Account Manager prepares the
Client with regard to the candidates background and accomplishments and
special skills which could assist the client.
- Following the interview, the
prospective employee and the recruiter discuss the interview, pros and cons,
to assess the likelihood of the candidate's selection.
- The Account Manager discusses the
interview with the client Manger and obtains a start date for the employee.
- The Final Offer is extended and a
start date is agreed on.
- On the first day of work or prior
orientation, employment paperwork is completed and the employee is
accompanied to the Client site to begin work.

CMC Managed Services

CMC’s Managed Services program offers an end-to-end solution for organizations
who seek Managed Services for their IT needs. A unique approach is designed
according to the customers’ needs and includes the Online Resource Manager and
other essential tools such as Electronic Time Reporting and Approval, Electronic
Billing and Payment, and access to a consortium of Third-Party Vendors.
Online Resource Manager (ORM), Electronic Time Entry
and Consolidated Invoicing
Online Resource Manager (ORM) is a web-based application designed to
aid employers who want to gain control over or streamline the job requisition,
fulfillment and resource management process. The application provides a single
source of centralized information for managing your staffing requirements,
resources and suppliers. ORM eases the flow of paperwork necessary to fill a
requirement, thus saving time and money. ORM facilitates this process by
eliminating redundant efforts and encouraging communication between Hiring
Managers and Human Resources as well as Resource Providers. Shared information
and skill tracking also allows for better overall employee utilization and
resource allocation. ORM is a Java 1.3 compliant system, built under J2EE
architecture, therefore making the system easily customizable to your
specifications.
